Alison Chibnall has organised every All State Electriccal Work Function since they were incorporated. The functions included days out for all the boys for example paint ball and a fishing trip, the girls one year went out to dinner and given the royal treatment as they were picked up in a limousine.

Other functions have been group events such as a day at the Spring Races and a coporate box at the Clipsal 500 which included pit passes so everyone could meet the drivers.
