It was a western theme where everyone came in western attire. The shed was set up as a saloon complete with bar girls, hay bales and table and chairs. A bonfire was created outside along with marquees of various meats on the spit, salads, vegetables and finger foods.

A DJ was hired for the music and artefacts from the era were sourced and placed around the property for authenticity. Camping facilities were created for those who wished to indulge in the festivities rendering them unable to navigate a car or horse and buggy home. Portable toilets were on site to ensure that no guest felt the need to indulge too far in the ways of the cowboy.
